Shout out to Alexandra, the Vet Tech, who went out of her way to reassure me several times, was kind and gentle with my very very sick Dacshund, updated me at 9pm on the phone, and sent me pictures to show my daughter that her dog was O.K.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is by far THE WORST veterinary office I’ve ever been to. When I walked in they took my dog to the back to do “vitals” and then put her in a kennel in the back and told me to sit and wait in a room, I sat in the room for an hour and a half with no contact with anyone. After a very scary 24 hours, I can with full confidence say I trust this clinic. From the front desk, the vet techs, to the Dr everyone is phenomenal and has such an amazing level of care and compassion. Thank you guys for taking the best care of miss nugget! We appreciate it!
