What can I say, after being transferred from another emergency hospital because they didn't know what was wrong, Sam and his incredible team kept my dog stable through a myriad of tests over days, discovered the cause and once it was discovered administered the treatment to get him back to be stable enough to operate and basically saved his life. My 8 yo Labrador is back to his zany, crazy self and I cannot thank Sam, Laura and the rest of the veterinary, and nursing team enough for the tireless hours and effort they put in.... read more

Edit: I did say I was open to updating this review pending a response. Apparently AVC Kew determined that Pixie, who died 4 days after AVC Kew did nothing to help her, wasn’t even worthy of a response. You consider that “Advanced” vet care? You didn’t treat her, and you don’t even respond to concerns? I directly asked you for a reply. —- Tough review to write this one… My dog had a litany of issues we were concerned about, including a severe respiratory issue.
