i have been coming to advanced vetcare for a few years and they are all a great team- the reception staff are lovely and the vet doctors amos and specialist lydia have been looking after my dog grey with his chronic bronchitis and cough syncopy episodes and have done an amazing job in terms of symptom management. they communicate great and are extremely friendly and really know their stuff. i highly recommend coming here for your dogs needs! grey says thank you !
Staff went above and beyond to make both my dog and I comfortable in a stressful situation. I will never forget that kindness and professionalism. 10/10
The front seat staff was not welcoming nor the amount charged for 10 min consultation. My 19 month old Husky x had swallowed an object, they did not provide the proper care I expected but only to be sent home and told to wait until it passes thru out the other end in which it didn’t. The lady that was on duty today (10/9) in the reception area was extremely rude and unhelpful. I arrived with a domesticated bird that I found that had lost its owner, hoping to reunite them with the microchip being checked. I was yelled at to not walk into the building as I didn’t see the sign, nor could I read it as I am slightly vision impaired and the font was quite small.
