Our dog Henri has been cared for at Advanced Vetcare Kew for the last eight months. Jess ,his Oncology specialist has been exceptional with us from the very beginning. Taking the time to explain his condition, his ongoing treatments, and how to care for him. She has given us the chance to spend months of quality time with him, and at all times has shown us so much empathy . Came here around 9-10pm when I noticed a cat that I was taking care of had a urinary blockage. I was so terrified and the owner was on a flight so I didn’t have all the info to provide the vets but they were so lovely and patient. They helped me fill in the forms, gave a really clear explanation of treatment options, what they recommend and exactly why as well as risks of doing or not doing it.
