I rarely leave reviews like this, but my experience with Advanced Vet Care Kew was deeply disappointing. I took my 18-year-old cat, Beau, there after the practice was recommended to me by a family member. Beau is an elderly cat dealing with multiple comorbidities, and I went there hoping that a practice positioning itself as providing advanced and emergency veterinary care would take the time to understand a complex case and help me work through some practical, short-term options for him. My dog had a tricky stick injury in his neck. He had 3 prior vet proceedures at other facilities. 3 anaesetics and 3 courses of antibiotics. Thankfully we found Sam Snelling. The minute he discussed the surgery I knew he was going to be able to help my dog. It was a difficult operation that needed a very skilled confident surgeon. Wish I could give more stars. Couldnt be happier.
