Advanced vetcare kew are the most empathetic, professional veterinary clinic I ever accounted.My fur grand baby Aries was treated with dignity empathy and utmost care . Jess the oncologist and staff were always there for little Aries throughout his journey till the very end I wouldn’t have it any other way. I would strong strongly recommend Advanced Vetcare in Kew . Cannot be more positive about our visit today for our elderly declining Standard Schnauzer, Uschi. We saw Dr Richard Hughes who was totally kind caring thorough and showed warmth empathy and compassion. CT scan , cytology , pathology and haematology tests were performed and results , thus far explained with care and consideration. Thankful for care, knowledge and a lovely environment for our adored animal friends . No more than they deserve. Sincere thanks.
My 4 year old Doberman, Sid was looked after so well by Advanced Vet Care. Dr Sam explained the scans to me and I was confident that my dog should be operated on immediately at Advanced Vet Care due to the level of professionalism I was shown. Stiches were tidy and overall the incision looks very clean. Sid is already back to his normal bubbly self. I wouldn't want my dog to be operated on anywhere else. Sid's moving easy on his three legs. I look forward to receiving the final diagnosis.
Excellent standard of communication and care. I also received empathy from all attending staff who all seemed to have a genuine passion for their profession. As someone that suffers from PTSD, my 4 year old Doberman is my support/protection dog, and he means the world to me. I wanted him to receive the best care. My Family Had A Stray Cat For One Year. We Looked After The Cat Just Like Family. One Problem, It Had Diarrhoea Problem. So Had To Look After It Outside. Which Was Uncomfortable To Do. Because The Cat Was Sooo Beautiful Personality. But Recently Health Dittiriated. Stop Eating. So Made The Difficult Decision To Take It To The Vet. So We Came Here.
