‼️Wrong diagnosis from the vet (Asian young lady) she thought my dog fractured her paw and didn’t even check when I told her that her nail was broken (for infection, as her paw was swollen). She gave my dog pain killer. A day after, her paw become bigger, I waited for Monday and visit my regular vet that notice straight away that it was an infection and gave us appropriate antibiotics for it. Absolutely disgusting treatment and WRONG diagnosis. Took my Great Dane here, wasn’t eating and a vet referred me here as her white blood count up. I asked them PLEASE ensure you wipe her with a bum wipe after urinating as she has a hooded vulva and I had spent thousands and this was the only thing keeping it at bay. She was there 2 1/2 days. They didn’t tell me there was a visiting time and she completely stresses at vets. A vet/nurse don’t know which told me that she only had 1 or two weeks to live! This is going on an ult... read more

I cannot fault anything about AVC. My cat Barnabas was well treated, and even though he did end up needing surgery at no point did I feel pushed into anything. Dr Warren was absolutely fabulous, taking the time to go over every point and every possibility moving forward, both over the phone and in person. I received twice daily phone calls updating me on how Barnabas was going, and even though he had to stay for about a week everyone took such good care of him

I spent $12.5k+ across three visits on my young dog and raised serious concerns with AVC afterwards. The initial response avoided accountability, my follow-up email was ignored, and they appear to have a habit of replying only to positive reviews, not critical ones. Reception staff and nurses were excellent but the veterinary care was poor. The emergency vet was clearly inexperienced, unprofessional, and dismissive when delivering results.
