I went in and it was decided I needed vein surgery. I was told they needed to get my insurance authorization. I’m never got called back…I called almost a year later. They said my authorization was lost and they would make sure to put it as a priority. Several months later I got a call back saying because it had been over a year I would need to be seen again or my insurance wouldn’t approve it. No one called me back and I tired to call and was put back into the que was number 5, the very same position I had 25 minutes before...
