Very uncomfortable and horrible experience . I did not feel heard or treated with the level of care and professionalism I expected from Doctor Ventarola ,can’t believe drove one hour for this appointment!
Extremely disappointed. The doctor didn't even introduce himself, wasn't familiar with my information, spoke to me in a belittling manner, and was dismissive. I would not recommend this practice.
All of staff were friendly and helpful. They are also on time for the appointments, if not early!
