I am not one of Dr. Orr’s patients but I do see the gentleman in the office. The assistant with him is always so friendly and always smiling. The Dr. is absolutely amazing, this is the first time in 15+ years of being terrified of the dentist I’m finally taking care of myself in the best ways! Music the uppy kind, none of that elevator background playing, plenty of breaks if I need it, laughter and personable actions speak loudly for me here! I appreciate you all so very much!! This is a truly unprofessional facility, extremely impolite and inappropriate. There is a hygienist there from Eastern Europe that (I am guessing) used to be a dentist back home but now she is just helping due to her absence of certification: this person behaves in a rather abnormal way, misspeaks, does not listen, all while she is obviously completely ignorant of modern techniques in dentistry. I am never going there, and I truly think no one should

Never coming back here. The dentist gossiped the whole time about the other staff and when I asked a question about which teeth I needed to keep an eye out for, her response was "I don't know honey". Felt like a number, rather than a person. The filling also hurt and she was not receptive at all.
