The doctor was nice, wants my family member to have a procedure...when calling insurance to see how much it would be, the insurance company said it wasn’t covered with the codes that were given..unless the doctor said it was a necessity. When he called the office, they said they would call back. 3 days later, nobody has called. So when he calls after waiting, gets a voicemail. We would like to make sure the procedure is covered, and know how much it will cost. Poor customer service.

I have never seen such incompetence at a doctor's office in my entire life. Every piece of information we've gotten prior to scheduled appointments has been incorrect, including diagnoses, appointment times, copay amounts, and even the type of procedure being done. My father's last procedure did no good whatsoever, so that's a $125 copay wasted, and they'll charge another $125 next week to see if they can do their job right this time. Great experience during my procedure this morning. Thanks to all of the staff and doctors. I would recommend this caring, professional staff. I could not ask for better health care than I received today. Thank you.
