When I tried to schedule an appointment on the phone the representative (probably russian speaking person) was not polite to me at all. After all of the experience I decided to move on with another clinic.
doctor elterman completed successful surgery for my mom and i can say it went smoothly. he always answered any concerns afterwards. he's very clean and respectful. i would definitely recommend going to him, he's very sweet and makes great jokes to lighten the mood. serious when he needs to be and funny at the right times. gives great advice for what to do afterwards. he's great!
