Office has a very organized process to handle a large number of people. Dr Samuel Lawindy answers all my questions & shows me he is concerned about me. Staff are patient and willing to help me These are my basic concerns when choosing a Dr’s office & a Dr. This office excels. My Dr is great at what he does and I am very confident he is doing the best he can for me. I’m a high risk patient with challenging conditions and Dr Lawindy prepares a strategy that works. I trust him.
The ladies at the reception area were wonderful. The PA was extremely difficult to understand! I’m sure she is exceptionally intelligent and I commend her for her knowledge and expertise; However, If you can’t understand what your doctor saying, that’s an issue! And I could not!
