Stephanie was great, answered all of my questions and made suggestions as well. She was 45 minutes late that’s the only reason was 4 stars. I understand that each patient requires different amounts of time. No big deal
I’m sure the doctors are great but I will never know as getting an appointment for my mom who just moved here has been horrible. I have had doctors in NJ fax over records multiple times only for their “call center which is in India” not to get them. First off what type of practice doesn’t have people here working in office and outsources patient records with a call center in another country. The UTI needed a stronger dose after receiving my call back. I’m feeling much better with the new meds. Still waiting for it to kick in for the 10 days. I was surprised to have a male (pa). Very caring and helpful.
A excellent smooth first appointment. It was great on time appointment. Great staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
