Absolutely the worst office personnel ever!! I have never seen such a lack of caring and attention to the patient in my life!! I am now being outright ignored because they don't want to take responsibility for not following through and have been told 4 different stories when I call and now being told they dont even have the order they gave me for a procedure. The doctors are great, but the office personnel are absolutely horrible!!
Our health society has gotten so bad that you can’t see a specialist without a referral from another doctor. So you have to have two doctors appointments to see a urologist. I was told that dr. Karvatia would not see me till I went to another doctor. I hope you sleep good at night turning people away that need to see you.
