I will never return to your Lecanto office. Although I like Dr. Raj my time is just as important. Today 4/25/25 my appointment was at 10:30 but arrive by 10:15. I actually arrived before that. Waited an hour in the lobby 10:30 to 11:30 and then placed into an exam room. Had a bladder scan as well as a urine test. Waited another 30 minutes in the exam room. This is the worst place had surgery at Crystal River Monday 4 days later no callbacks office manager is horrible call 2 days after surgery said I was having trouble peeing they never returned my calls went to emergency room had infection still no return calls and by the way had to remove my own catheter
After waiting for a month and a half for someone to answer the phone just to set an appt I finally got one. Even though it was a month until the appt I was just glad to finally talk to someone to set it. The day before my appt they call and cancel. I got lucky and someone actually picked up the phone after 10 minutes and I explained that I needed to reset the appt because they had canceled on me. They tell me it will be another month. I’d give this place a ZERO star rating if I could. These people do not care about the time nor state of their patients. You’ll wait weeks for an appointment (if you’re lucky and get someone on the phone) and then they’ll call and cancel last minute only to be able to schedule you another month later.
Very difficult to get someone on the phone. Staff does not seem to know what one staff member is doing from the next. Very rude people who answer the phone. After you have waited for 15 minutes on hold they want to rush you through the conversation and cut you off when you were trying to give details or ask a question.
