Horrible. Dr. Zachary didn't know what gout was. Dr. Klein wanted to immediately biopsy me with a slight increase in my PSA instead of taking a conservative approach. I guess he needed the money. PLUS he missed a lump in my prostate. I tried to make an appointment with Chad Hubsher. But when I spoke with Mike the practice manger Dr. Hubsher didn't want to see me for fear of upsetting his incompetent partners. Save yourself from incompetence doctors and an unnecessary biopsies and go somewhere else.
If I could give this office zero stars, I would. I have never been treated so poorly by a healthCARE provider. It has been very difficult to get them to help me for 3 months. I have been very patient up until then but when I made the comment that they are dragging their feet and I’m the one suffering, they told me if I don’t like their timing and protocol, I can go somewhere else.
