They are very nice and friendly staff. Doctors know what they are doing.
The NP mary didn't listen. She didn't treat the problem I'm having because she didn't listen to me. She also didn't do the work for my insurance company that they asked for. I had to go into the office to ask about a cat scan she scheduled. She didn't do what my insurance needed. She then accused me of showing up late for my appointment when it was her fault. I don't recommend this office.
THE NURSE PRACTIONER JESSICA LACKS COMPASSION AND A BEDSIDE MANNER TO DEAL WITH PATIENTS WHO ARE SRTUGGLING WITH PAIN, AND DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WELL OUTSIDE OF CLINICAL TEST RESULTS AND RAW DATA - SHE SPEAKS WITH PUNS AND REPEATS HERSELF WHEN ASKED QUESTIONS, SHE PUTS PATIENTS DOWN WHEN UNSATISFIED OR CONFUSED AND THE STAFF AT THE HOWLAND LOCATION FOLLOWS HER LEAD WITH ATTACKING PATIENTS DURING CHECK OUT AS A RESULT OF THE UNCOMFORTABLE SITUATION SHE CREATED.
