Reception was warm and pleasant. I felt so relieved to speak with a doctor that not just listened, but heard and understood me and what I was feeling. Totally satisfied with the intake and overall experience.
I went in for kidney stone. I was told can do shockwave treatment to break up the stone. Then I was told by the front desk it will be 2 months to make an appt. I left the office. I am not going to be in pain for 2 months.
Third time at the office third time we waited over an hour to be seen. Offices that run well do not make patients wait time that long.
