I've been a patient of Dr. Epelbaum and Dr. Harrington. I find them to both be excellent, caring doctors. HOWEVER, I don't know what is going on with the office staff. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. I was routed to a call center, and waited quite a long time. Eventually, the system hung up on me. But, when you do finally get a live person, they tell you someone else will be calling you back, but they haven't yet. It is very frustrating. I want to begin by acknowledging that Dr. Lynn and the office staff are truly exceptional. They are consistently caring, kind, and helpful, and I greatly appreciate the quality of care provided. However, the experience of trying to reach the office by phone has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I came up to New York to visit with my elderly mom and care for her and ended up with a 6mm painful kidney Stone that was stuck. I took myself to the emergency room of St. Catherine, and then ended up under the care of Dr. Lynn, who happens to be fantastic, kind, thorough, he explains everything he listens. Doctor lin has the experience and the longevity to be competent in his field of expertise urology.
