After waiting day after day to get approval for couple of tests the urologist ordered and then being given an authorization code that I was unable to use to make an appointment for my tests. Between calling this office, and my insurance company, and the testing center I was unable to get anywhere so I ended up going to the emergency room to get my tests done. In my opinion, this office has terrible service and couldn't care less the hassle I was going through in order to get these tests scheduled let alone be bothered in cal... read more
Saw Dr. Levine who examined me, ordered some repeat testing I had done some years before. Said he would move me along to find a permanent solution to my issue. Thanked me for coming back. We shall see. Hopefully everything will be resoved in as timely a fashion as possible. The staff was pleasant enough. The waiting area could be better. Having to wait over an hour for my sceduled appointment was a little disappointing. Otherwise everything was OK. Will update my review as my case goes along. Have a wonderful day
