Dr Burns is the best. PA Carrie DeFuss was excellent on my other visit.
Dr. Pete Tek is thorough in his exam. And further labs if necessary to diagnose an issue.
This place is horrible. I got a CT scan weeks ago, and I still haven’t gotten results. I’m never able to reach my clinical team on the phone. When I am, the people I speak to on the phone are callous and rude. They’re saying they never got the results of my CT scan and are unable to reach SimonMed for the results. I just called SimonMed. I was able to reach someone from SimonMed within MINUTES of making a call, while I have to wait a half hour just to speak to someone at AUA.
