It is impossible to talk to anyone on the phone to cancel a appt or to make a appt. Not one time have I been able to get thru and when I leave a message,I do not get a call back. Another time I was placed on hold,I was on hold over 5 mins and no one let me know if I was still to hold or respond in any way. This is very frustrating and I do not think a doctors buissness with a front desk should handle people calling in. I just had 2 other surgery's and it was important to talk with someone.
