They don't have time for patients, I have seen a NP but actual Dr just reschedules and I have to wait another 2 months. At this point I'm looking for another urologist and don't trust this place no more. I'm going right to their investors and going to share with them how this micky mouse operation works. They reschedule me into the holidays like I'm stupid, they call back and reschedule again because of the holidays. If my situation gets much worse then my attorney will have a field day with them. I only gave this review a 2 because whoever the receptionist was behind the counter this morning was so pleasant and compassionate. But the drs I never seen, my first appointment was canceled in parking lot over an emergency on her end. So I said ok we rescheduled today (12/5/22). For 810. Was never informed of my actual appointment was at 910. But go in an hr early for paperwork. Then she is at her own dr appointment never seen yet sat for over an hr and half for nothing. Called my dr in parking lot for another referral. Pl... read more
