Dr. O is a great doctor and surgeon. The office is always helpful and responds quickly. We had several unexpected hiccups during kidney stone treatment and they were understanding and wonderful to work with.
This practice will make you call the general service line and wait on hold…even when you are fighting a health issue. Then you wait for the message to be relayed and maybe get a call back at the end of the or the next day. It is a huge time waster, and causes way more delay in getting the help you need. Additionally you have to explain what is happening to every new person you see at the practice which always seems to be someone new. Battling a health issue for almost a month is a problem.
I’ve been going to this practice for 3 or 4 years now. My primary is Dr. Dave and he’s always been absolutely fantastic. I ended up getting a miserable UTI less than 2 days before leaving for a trip out of the country and their scheduling team got me an appointment in less than 2 hours. I saw Dr. Ostrowski and he was a God send. He had me feeling better in just a few hours. He truly cared and listened to everything I had to say. The receptionists and nurses are fantastic as well. The office staff was friendly, and very professional always greeted me with a smile. The nurse that saw me was super sweet and very professional. I saw the physicians assistant Daniel Robinson, and he was amazing. He listened closely to everything I said, and answered every question that I ask, and he never act like I was an inconvenience. This day and time it’s Very unusual to get anyone to take time with you.
Dr. Ostrowski has offered me more options and ideas for my condition than any other physician that I have ever seen. It is impressive that he accurately recalls conversations from years ago. He is an exceptional doctor.
