Avoid this urology facility — a terrible experience. I came in with a simple UTI and ended up with over $2,000 in charges, yet received minimal care. They dragged my treatment out for 10 days without resolving the issue. I finally went to an urgent care clinic, where I was properly treated with antibiotics and steroids for under $50 — and I’m now feeling great. Be cautious — this place seems more focused on billing than actually helping patients.

Get ready to overpay. I felt some of the procedures were unnecessary and very costly..if they would have just listened to me I could have saved thousands and been doing what they have me doing now. Doctor was great and knowledgeable and they took there time. Never rushe. You have to pay everything up front. I overapid for a procedure by almost $800. Mackenzie Helland has a terrible bedside manner, she’s rude and doesn’t seem like she wants to help. I had a bladder infection, completed the round of antibiotics and still have symptoms. When I met with her for my follow up appointment I explained I was still having symptoms and was told to just drink more water and wait for the inflammation of my bladder to go down. I went to look so I can get a vasectomy, comes up I spoke with someone from their office and told me that If I do in office procedure my insurance will cover the cost with a co-pay of $75, I came to the clinic got a consultation to make sure everything was ok, come out and went to the front desk to ask to schedule and they tell me the is a deposit Non- refundable, So I called my insurance to make sure everything was good, they say if I do in office will be $75 co pay but if I do Surgery room I will have to pay out of pocket,... read more
