Avoid Advanced Urology if you possibly can! The doctors are fine but the office and billing practices are horrible. If you value your financial health, stay away from this practice!

In my opinion based on my experience with the Snellville location is to avoid this provider. The last 4 of 6 interactions with the Front desk staff in the last 6 months have been made unnecessarily stressful by failures to pay attention to simple but important tasks. 1.) Would not pass a Rx question to the doctor via the patient portal. Was running out of meds 3 weeks prior to an appointment. Needed to know if refill was needed or stop until appointment? These people are a joke,and a sad one at that. Almost impossible to communicate with,and they don't follow up. Gave up on trying to work with them and suggest you do too!

My NIGHTMARE started 5 years ago when I went for a visit with a UTI. Ended up with 3 years of bleeding, incontinence and more UTI's. Dr. Mally talked me into a procedure called Rezum with promises that I would never had any more issues with UTIs and frequent urinating. My prostate was 80mg in size. Too oversized for the procedure.
