I really like Dr Khandwala. He is thorough and explains everything. Not wild about having first visit *hadn't seen him in about 2 years so I was considered as new patient * being video visit but agreed. Watched all the videos online. Completed the forms. Set up appointment but had family issue so needed to reschedule. I canceled the appointment only to be contacted personally by Dr Khandwala later on day of appointment. At first my experience here was very positive! My doctor was extremely thorough and kind, and she listened to my past struggles with other doctors and whatnot. Fast forward to a follow up appointment where I needed to be put on a medication after being taken off my old meds at the last appointment, I get a call hours before my appointment being told my doctor.. doesn’t work there anymore- and they have no information for me to know where she went. That’s not the end of the world, I’ll just see the other doctor in the office.... read more
