The office crew is horrible! I was told to come 10 min before my appointment, I was begging the latest time of the day if possible on my work day(no option from her). I was told to make an appointment 3 and 1/2 month later from June to late September. No one remind me the day before or the the day on my appointment. That's OK! I confirmed with the office myself; so I can leave my office at the last min and arrived on time at 2:30 pm as I was told.
