This is my go to urgent care. The staff is always welcoming and understanding. They take your issues seriously and do their best to help. I always feel safe and listened to when I go here. If you have no insurance they are up front about prices and don’t treat you any differently. Easy virtual check in and good parking outside.
Would rate 0 stars if possible. I called ahead to see if the urgent care could help with my symptoms and was assured both on the phone and at the counter before payment that I could be helped. I should have known that I was getting scammed when I paid before treatment when every other doctor I’ve been to in my life has the patient pay after treatment is rendered or the appointment is over.
