My mother hadn't been to a doctor in 25 years ( she's 82) she recently had pain in her back and tummy. I finally convinced her to go to urgent care because for her emergency was out of the question. We were lucky enough to get "Stacey" She was beyond amazing! She not only got my mother to agree to come back for a follow up visit but she convinced her to take antibiotics which my mother also to that point had alway refused to take " pills" even ibuprofen or Tylenol in 25 years.
