Hello went to Urgent care for severe Knee pain the PA told me she would help with the pain. I mentioned cortisone injection. She says let me write up the order. Comes back and says the other provider would not approve Cortisone injection or prednisone for pain relief. The other provider never evaluated my knee pain. States since I am on low dose Xarelto risk of bleeding. I have in the past been prescribed prednisone several times.
