Turned me away because I don’t have a kaiser card. What kind of dystopian universe do we live in where I need a subscription to receive medical care. Absolutely ridiculous and should be illegal. Shame on you.

Slow service once inside, they call you right in but once you’re inside they make you wait to have your medicine and the tests done for HOURS. It’s been 5 hours on a Sunday the place is slow but yet here we are waiting for the doctor, service is bad *UPDATE. 7 hours and still counting. It’s nearing midnight and we have been here since 5pm…

Had a very caring and fast service for walk in Urgent care visit. Totally would recommend the nurses and Dr’s.

I was there for six hours, terrible back and forth, and didn't even come to a conclusion. I didn't get pain meds until an hour later. That would be my very last resort to go back.
