The other day I came here and left with no help, no prescription, nothing I needed, they wouldn’t even let me speak to a doctor after I waited literally all day just to speak to someone. I had to keep asking to see if my name was called come to find I was taken off of the list. I listened for my name in the waiting room, the first time, they called me back and it was fine. Had to get labs done so I went and did that, then went back to sit in the waiting room so I could hear my name. I’m not understanding how or why this happ... read more

Just sharing time experience for Friday/Saturday arrival time 1:00am saw nurse within 15 minutes. I have been waiting to see doctor and it is currently 4:28am. Hopefully something will happen soon. 3 stars for a neutral rating until visit complete.

This was my first time coming to the place the reason I come here is that I have a bad ear infection. A nurse that I had her name was Ms.Evangeline I’ve explained to her that I have ear infection and she took a look at it and said that “I don’t feel comfortable with touching it” afterwards when she said that it made me feel uncomfortable and emotional. I feel that she Needs to be careful on how she talks with patients because you don’t know how someone might react. And I won’t be returning back to this location.
