I have been a patient of Dr H since 2009. COPD, diabetes, A-fib and high blood pressure. I had always received great care until August 2024. I went that day for results of lab work done last of July and refills. My refills were not called into the drug store. I made calls to his office left a message then had to go in person. Said first I had to get new lab work done that he said he ordered the day of my visit. Which was not true. Why would new labs be ordered when told everything was ok? I could tell the receptionist was stressed and overworked. She was rude and blunt. I don’t recommend anyone going here for any care that’s urgent
Very unprofessional!! We have called at least 4 times and I went to office Friday morning and talked to Dr.H!! He said he would call but never did.VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!!
