I brought my brother e.b. in for a fever and had a really great experience from start to finish. The process was smooth, and everyone was very professional and caring. A special thank you to Axel, the medical assistant, who made us feel comfortable the entire visit. He was very attentive, kind, and made the blood draw quick and easy, which really helped calm my brother down. I came in because I had a bad cold while pregnant and was honestly really scared since my OBGYN appointment was taking too long and I had never been sick while pregnant before. From the moment I walked in, Axel, the medical assistant, made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. He was so kind, attentive, and reassuring during a moment when I was very anxious. Visited the facility for fever. Entire staff was friendly, fast, and attentive. Axel was great and made sure I was comfortable before he started doing what he needed to do. Will definitely visit again.
Went in for a broken bone on a Sunday morning. The PA, M. Chavez was very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Nurses were excellent! X-Ray tech was professional. Our overall experience was Positive!
