Kari the nurse was wonderful. We got in and out within 30 minutes. All staff members were kind and efficient.
Called to schedule my MRI 5 times over a week period. After not being able to talk to a person I finally had it done in Key West.
I’ve consistently had great experiences at this urgent care facility. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. During my most recent visit, I was seen by Kari and Nurse Practitioner Kelly Grzybowski — truly a dream team! They took the time to listen carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and put together a multi-step plan that addressed my issue from every angle. I really appreciated their attention to detail, professionalism, and kindness. Highly recommend!
Provider was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Definitely the place to go if you have a sick kid in the FL Keys. They did a thorough exam and ran several appropriate tests to treat my child properly. He was very personable and made my child feel at ease throughout the entire visit. One of the best urgent care experiences I’ve ever had. He even called the next day to follow up and see how my child was feeling.
My primary recommended I go to Urgent Care for an ultrasound. DO NOT call when they first open! The lady that answered the phone continued to interrupt me & told me to call back later. She was very unprofessional and rude. I do not need an ultrasound for a happy reason. I honestly wanted to cry.
