I am so grateful for the sweet lady Ultrasound technician here. I have had to have multiple US's in a short period of time and she was gentle, kind and not overly invasive of privacy every time. I will reccomend her to anyone in the keys !
Ultrasound Tech Rashel made my experience very calming. She had a great personality. She was very professional and talked me through the entire thing.
The wait was so long we finally left, after learning that the other person in the waiting room had been there for 1-1/2 hours. There was a large number of staff, being boisterous and chatting and laughing. 3 patients left during the hour we waited. I asked a staff member who was shooting the breeze behind the front desk how much longer the wait might be. He replied that there were 6 rooms, but only 2 nurses. I asked if there were any doctors.
