This place is good. Not only do they provide timely care for visitors and tourists, they also provide care to locals, and have pricing for those without insurance. Both my husband and myself have been happy with our visits.
I can't imagine how many patients this facility is wrongfully billing. I saw a nurse practitioner for 7 minutes and they billed my insurance as seeing a doctor for more than 45 minutes. I had to file an appeal with my insurance. I have emailed the billing department twice with no response. I will never pay for these false charges. I think the official word for this is "fraud."
Lucky for us that live nearby this urgent care,unfortunately my hubby cut his hand badly, we went in the doctor was very nice the nurses were very attentive, he got a few stitches ,and now healing very well,thanks doc n nurses
I am so grateful for the sweet lady Ultrasound technician here. I have had to have multiple US's in a short period of time and she was gentle, kind and not overly invasive of privacy every time. I will reccomend her to anyone in the keys !
