Waited 1.5 hr to get to "the room" and then 1hr more "in the room" to get ear drops prescribed. Find another facility! Save your time!
I recently went to urgent care key largo . I was happily surprised to see how much they have improved compared to the last time I went there which was years ago ! The medical team is absolutely amazing ! They do everything from blood tests to X rays etc.. I would like to say a big special thank you to Kristel and Celia both have been nothing but wonderful with me .. all the way. I highly recommend this practice .
The care I received was great,Dr. Morrison is very caring and knowledgeable,the nurses were great also very patient with me and great team players and very dedicated thank you Shannon,Cindie and all the others whose name I can't remember 😁also the X ray tech was very kind and patient.thank you all I will definitely recommend this place to my neighbors 👍
The team at Advanced Urgent Care was so accommodating and kind. I cannot recommend them enough. I had an issue with my 15 month old son—he needed a reoccurring shot while we were on vacation. I called ahead and spoke to a nurse there named Shannon. She was so helpful and informative over the phone. When we came in, she remembered us and made the visit super easy. Entraron 4 adelante de mi. Y algunos eran para sangre también. Tube que Pararme y decirle que pasa que no me llaman. Fui la primera en llegar. Lo único que dicen es lo siento?
