Colin is AMAZING! We cannot recommend Advanced Upholstery Cleaning more! Colin is extremely reliable, prompt, friendly and always a positive professional! We have always struggled to find someone who is able to remove tough stains and Colin did just that. Most notably, he removed a tough ink stain from our cream couch and brought our beautiful leather couches back to life! Both times he’s brought my couches back to life — they looked and smelled fresh and brand new again. Colin is friendly, thorough, and takes real pride in his work. I cannot speak more highly of these guys, Colin went above and beyond..He also at short notice was able to fit us in over the busy new year period. In short we had a our Papaya Linen couch cleaned by another carpet cleaning company who absolutely destroyed it and left browning marks and steam marks. Colin from the very beginning insisted Linen is a very difficult fabric to work with and the damage done is almost irreversible.
