They do not let you return brand new and unused electronics. Which includes ECMs and TCMs. I only wish this was menioned on the products page as well. And by the way, the TCM I recieved had an opened box already; but, I assume, it is because they needed pictures for their website. Now I am stuck with a $1600 part, which turned out I did not need. Great!
