Eric and his crew were amazing to work with - he was easy to communicate with, showed up when he said would, walked me thru the entire process, is very knowledgeable on all things plants and trees, and is fairly priced! Highly recommend! And big thanks for doing such a great job!
Promptly responded to request for bid on complicated tree removal job. Agreed on this business - they showed up as agreed, had all the necessary equipment and skilled crew. Backyard 150 year old red oak in precarious place. Removed tree with consideration for house and gardens. Removed all tree parts and mulched on site - very pleased with clean up and preparation for large equipment moved into the yard. Owner on site through out the process. We requested the removal of a dead ash tree and the owner was very personable and professional, great at communicating details of the job to be done and the time it would take to complete the job.The job was done fast, cleanup was thorough and even came back to spread seed in the area to some minor damage done to the lawn (it rained during the week and the soil was soft) that I didn't even noticed or considered bad after his crew informed him about it. They did a good job cutting down my dead trees. But they did not leave the wood behind and the brush was never chipped and left liked I asked. They left dead branches in the trees I had them trimmed. I'm a bit disappointed. At least the major stuff is done.
I'm very impressed with the service Eric has provided. Not only was the fee for replacing a crab apple tree very desirable given other bids, but he's very congenial and knowledgeable. Furthermore, he rectified a small problem a few weeks later without being contacted about it. He was servicing a neighbor and saw that my new tree was leaning somewhat. He added dirt and placed a supporting pole close to the tree to keep it straight. I see why excellent service has rated him highly.
