I called Advanced Tree last week about cutting up and removing two trees which fell across the fence in the backyard. They set up an appointment for that day at 4:00 pm. They never showed up, and didnt call to resked. A tree company called the next day and said they would be out to do an estimate. I thought it was another company that I had called, but it ended up being Advanced Tree. I mentioned that he was supposed to come by the previous day. This is the second time I've used advanced tree. This experience was similar to the first in that they didn't finish the job. I still have debri in my yard. They dropped the tree after telling both myself and my husband they would rope it down. Now there is a crater in the yard. After taking the tree down it was left on my front lawn for over a week. After talking to the company that removed it, I learned they had not paid the man so he didn't pick it up. I paid for the removal service when I paid them for taking the tree do... read more

The tree removal went fine but the agreement was for tree removal, stump grinding, and debris removal. They did not show up with what they needed to do the stump. The owner was impossible to get a hold of about when they could come out and finish. Then he showed up unannounced to grind the stumps. He then left the debris and never came to remove. I had to pay someone else because the experience of horrible. I would not recommend under any circumstance.
