Initial sign of proposal took 6 weeks to do job and not 2 day's ; 2 hours. Requested ALL Be cleaned out of 20 foot area; weeds'; down trees etc. left a huge stump that was pulled out of ground. Being told additional fee after the fact and it was included. Why wasn't this pointed out during the proposal time? Company won't acknowledge me or my questions. Very unprofessional Disappointed used years ago on my own property (this was my dad) won't use or recommend.

We had a tree fall on the roof of our house at 11pm. Called Advanced Tree Care at 11:30 pm and they immediately picked up the phone. They had a team at our house the next morning which was July 4th. They carefully removed the tree without causing further damage to our home. He even had a crane come in for the portions of the tree that were way too heavy for his team to move. Definitely recommend this company for all your tree care needs!

Recently I had Mike and his crew out to our house in Spring Grove to trim, prune three large trees and take another down, they were "tree-mendous." From my first contact with Mike until the last leave was blown away it has been nothing short of a great experience. Had a dead oak tree in my back yard. The guys were great, finished the job in less than a day, and took care of some other items I asked about while they were here. No removal damage to my property at all. They took good care of protecting my wood fence while bringing tree limbs out of my yard. They are now the guys I call for tree care. I have some other trees in need of root treatments to help keep them from dying. They will take care of this for me as well. Excellent job! I chose them to do the work on my yard simply because of the excellent reviews he had on this site, and I will say that I was definately not disappointed! The pricing was approximately 15% less than other competitors to have one large oak tree removed, 3 large sycamore trees pruned, and 5 stumps removed. They were on time to start the job, and my yard looks better than before they started. We hired Advanced Tree Care to come out and clean up several extremely large, Siberian Elms in our small, confined backyard. I'd estimate the trees to be 50' tall and our yard is 65' x 65', therefore not a lot of room for error! They had been neglected and storm damaged for at least 20 years. I'm on the board of an apartment complex in Des Plaines. We called multiple company's for estimates on having one dead Ash tree removed and some pruning done. Most company's never called back or said they were 3 weeks out just to get an estimate. This company estimated it in the 3 day window they told me and said they would have the work done the next week. They gave us work date and kept to it. 100% Professional Company! I hired this company based on the reviews here to remove a tree in my back yard that was split in half due to the storm. Mike gave me a great price; he also gave me a great price to prune a tree in my front lawn. The work performed by Mike and his crew was absolutely great, including the clean-up.
