I have been using Anna's facial services for over 10 years. Her new spa at Old Orchard is now at 515 in the same building in the Professional Services Building at Old Orchard
The owner, Anna, who answers the phone, is the the most rude, unprofessional person I've ever met! I bought a Living Social deal for my mom for Mother's Day. To my surprise, my mom was not able to make an appointment, because Anna told her she does not accept Groupon anymore. I visit Anna twice a month, once for a facial and then 2 weeks later for microdermabrasion. Anna's technique is superb and on par with some of the most expensive salons i have been to. The machine she uses for micros is really powerful and one of the better quality ones. Her salon is in an office building and is very professional, clean, and sleek.
