Came in with tail shaft noise others were stumped trying to diagnose, within 5 minutes of lifting the car up they found the issue was from longer bolts in the wrong end of the tail shaft and rectified it without cost, great attention to detail and very friendly staff
While no fault in the transmission service itself a bit disappointed in the lack of communication Dropped it off at 8:15am (they were late opening) and the guy at the counter told me it would be ready by lunch time. Spent time at cranbourne shops to pass the time and came back just before 12 same guy "its not even close to ready yet we had a hoist fail I will call you when ready" so i return to the shops As they had told me in morning when asking if I had a preferred time to pick it up they would close at 4pm I call again at... read more
