Wow, finally an honest auto repair shop. Randy was upfront on everything. He said my service would cost 500.00 9b the phone. It was 10.00 cheaper. They told me what to look for if anything happens. Who does that, Advanced Transmission Center does. I could not be happier. You and your wallet will love this place.

I made my appointment 2 days ahead schedule. And he gave me an 8 AM. Appointment for today, which is the 15th of September. I had it there at 715 and left. It he knew I was gonna be walking. My dog for the day, he told me it would take all day. I walked and walked at 4 PM. I came back and my truck was still sitting in the same place. And he gave me a song of dance about not having enough help, and he's sorry and he could get to her tomorrow, and I said, no. I said I got other appointments tomorrow. Working with Randy and his team has been an exceptional experience. After the dealership informed me I would be waiting over 6 weeks for someone to even diagnose my transmission issues, I found Advanced Transmission, and they had me in the shop the next morning. Randy's team found the issue, provided multiple repair options to work with our family's budget. He had us back on the road in less than a week! Couldn't recommend a better shop.

Randy and his techs were incredible. I was in the middle of moving cross country when my transmission went and they were able to get me taken care of quick (2 days) and back on the road. Very skilled team with consistent communication. They are open and honest and even recommended cheaper options. If I am ever back in the area I would take my vehicle to them in a heartbeat.

Needing a new transmission is not the most pleasant experience to encounter, BUT! Randy and his team made it as painless as possible. Excellent service and a genuinely pleasant atmosphere. Never did I ever expect to laugh or smile in a transmission shop. For reference, I live in New Hampshire and got stranded in Colorado, so this was NOT a good time, but damn. If my transmission ever goes again, I’d tow my car back here.
