Take these negative reviews to heart! I ignored them and paid the price! Bob is a liar and a thief! He gave me the ole song and dance about helping the traveler and taking care of us. But he sent me down the road with a faulty transmission and refuses to help out now that I'm out of state even though he's a member of several transmission associations that are supposed to offer help through local shops with same association memberships. These people are theives. Bob charged me 540 dollors for a rear mIn engin seal thT he never put i . Now my engine pumps out oil. Plus I paid 2,800 on top of the 540 dollars at his shop. These people are crooks. I had to call the police on him when I went to go pick up my car after it was all paid for. Cause he stole my cellphone. Witch is on youtube , titled advance transmission bob the phone theif. I was told by one of the honest mencanics there thT all I got was a 179 dollar transmission oil pump for 3,300. The owner Bob is a liar. He is saying that I the customer am.at fault. And he hides behind daisy the clerk. He did not replace my engin oil seal when I told them too. While they had the transmission out. So I had to make them retake the transmission out after they rebuilt it according to them, and replace the engin seal. And I asked for 50- 100 off the 540 dollor bill cause they messed up and did do it the first time when they said they would.
