If you have to have physical therapy, this is the place to go! Everyone who works there is so nice and helpful. My therapist, Kaitlyn, was so supportive and easy to work with. I highly recommend Advanced Training & Rehab.

I was suffering with immense shoulder pain for about 15 months, I could not sleep very well, and life really sucked. I gave ATR a try. It took about a month and a half for my shoulder pain to stop, permanently. The training that I did was fun and challenging, and all the people there are super nice.

The staff at ATR is great. They came up with a plan to help my recovery and help me feel confident that I could remain pain free. They do a fantastic job of listening to their patients and building up to exercises aimed at long term recovery & stability
