My experience was way different than the reviews. The first visit was fine, really no issues, but the follow up visits...not so great First, I must have picked a very busy time of day, because the place was packed! I had a person sitting in front of me when I was on the table, I felt as if my personal space was invaded. It would have been nice if I was asked. (I wasn't) I was given about a 10/15 minute massage and then left to do the exercises I was shown on the first visit by myself. Which also proved to be difficult as bus... read more
Updated Jan 2026 I had a knee replacement a year after my last amazing experience. My Doctor wanted me to go to his recommended therapy center but there is no chance I would ever choose anywhere else that ATR on Butler Hill. This group of Therapists are just the best. Of course they are skilled, but how much the care about getting their patients ability to get back to a normal life style is extraordinary. This is the best place for Physical Therapy. All the Therapist are number 1.
Knowledgeable staff , my therapist is Katy, great facilities, flexible scheduling. Great all the way around and a wonderful place for physical therapy.
I have been here for therapy, after several surgeries, over the past 4 years. The staff is great, from the people that check you in and out, to the therapists that keep it light and fun to rehab! Thank you to all that have worked with me and kept me motivated! Chris M.
