Long story short my suv broke down. Called advanced tire and had it towed there and advise I think it might be my alternator and they called me back saying the alternator is bad and gave me a quote. I went to pick up my suv after being told the alternator was replaced and my check engine light was still on and the car was shaking. Fast, friendly. They were able to get to my semi tire immediately, but they also had the work done in under 10 minutes. Great experience.
I want to give a shout out to the Lake City branch. I could not find anyone in Lake City to do alignments on our F350/F450 work trucks. I called Advance and they said to bring it in and they would get to it as soon as a opening opened up, may take a few days. They called me a few hours later and said they were finished with the first F350 i brought them! awesome! I am now taking all the work trucks that need alignments and tires to them, and thank you Advance for quick and reliable service.
Great service fair prices
These guys go above and beyond shipper sent me 11-month-old tires they have their shop up in Gainesville where they had two month old tires and the boss drove all the way there to get the tires they are definitely above and Beyond in service thanks gang
