I will never use this location ever again! (2418 E. Silver Springs Blvd.) The service writer and the mechanic service person were dishonest. I realize they will have their side on the story, but I have already paid in full for future alignments and balance. I have attempted to contact the owner to no avail. I went to another tire shop, The Wheel and Tire Guy, who I will use from now on located at 4091NE 36th Ave, who verified that the rim in question was not out of round of bent. Keep driving. The two guys at the desk laughed in my face when I told them my tire was losing air pressure. Horrible first impression and complete lack of professionalism. Thankfully, there was a great shop just down the street that was very helpful - Tire Kingdom. Stay away from Advanced Tire Service.

I've been with advanced for past 10 years i keep coming back for there professionalism. They are my guys thank you anthony and i will continue to tell everyone i know to bring there cars here to.
