Basically paid 1300 for Jeff to Mop and Glow my Travertine Stone floors. For the past 3 weeks I have tried my best to resolve this issue. Jeff has not returned my text messages or phone calls. Even though he texted me and stated he would fix problem from 28- 31 Oct 19. I am no rookie and have had my floors stripped and polished on numerous occasions so I know the process and procedures. He is a total scam! He gets your money and promises you to come back to check the “quality” of work he has done and re-apply the material; afterwards, he never responds or just making excuses to not come over! I will possibly file an official complaint about him! Therefore, please avoid using this guy named Jeff for your home projects!!
