Was very fair and provided the best system Trane provides...I have also had to use him to get a 2nd opinion when my buyers chosen inspector lied about the condition of an 8 year old system..... We ordered an inspection from another HVAC company, after a late report we were given a lot of misinformation. John came the very next day after speaking with our realtor and did the right thing. John gave us a thorough furnace inspection, a professional report, he did what he could with the AC given the weather, and he was VERY prompt and professional. I wouldn't trust the owner with an ice machine, especially if he's got one for sale on a farm.
I do not recommend his company to anyone! My furnace stopped working in the middle of winter on a Wednesday. I called this company to come fix it. They said that they could come the next day (Thursday), and they showed up on time. Two guys were at my house for 6 hours. I have no idea what they were doing that whole time in my furnace room, but after all of that time they came in and said that I needed to call an electrician because no electricity was going to my furnace.
