Sandra is PHENOMENAL! Her knowledge of fascial & body systems is unmatched, and she is able to not only help address musculoskeletal issues but is also able to help her clients build the right strength and stretching routines to maintain. I’ve had shoulder pain & tension for most of my life and for the first time in more than 2 decades it went away thanks to Sandra. Life changing is an understatement.
