shared enough information about their practice but also felt like they were repeating information as well. Disappointed that we weren't offered any payment options besides using out of network insurance plans since they are not an in-network office thru insurance. did the 3 step in take process and the 2nd step where child was observed we felt like nothing was done and we still paid for it out of pocket when we did the work and no discussion was with the therapist but to observe for an hour for over $200 .
The staff is very helpful and friendly! They treat you like family! It’s really nice to know that I can call and get a real person instead of a recording.
