This company had told us our insurance would cover my husbands CPM machine and we wouldn't pay anything towards it. I specifically asked that because I didn't want to pay if my insurance wouldn't cover it and we wouldn't get the machine. Well now we have a huge bill. They are horrible to work with and liars. They also say we owe them and haven't paid anything towards our bill. Just checked cc statement we have paid $163 so far but they don't have it down. Horrible company! Do not trust them and do not use them!

This company is a total rip off. Got billed $70.00 for a shoulder gel ice wrap that is nothing more than an ice bag wrapped in felt. I'm liable because before surgery you sign a paper stating you're responsible for non covered ins. items. What a joke. This company should be ashamed of itself. Beware of what you sign.

The man who saw us before my husbands surgery lied about the con machine being fully covered by my husbands insurance. This company is a fraud and horrible. Don't trust them. They lie to you and then you get s huge bill.
